The ticket leader changed his name

hello! I would like to know if you can help me to change the name on the fireworks ticket. It used to be yixin ding, which belongs to my friend. Now I want to change it to yingying xie, because my friend can't attend the event, so I have to change it to yingying xie, otherwise I can't get in then. I'm the leader now or all four of us won't get tickets to see the fireworks. Can you deal with it as soon as possible

Unanswered phone call.

I tried to contact this company by phone,?only to be told number not used anymore, but i still was charged over £3 for the call , it was regarding tickets for the festival of remembrance for my elderly mother!!! So how are u supposed to get in contact other than internet which I have done to no avail!!
